Honestly, I just come here for the Flu/Covid shots and it's always the best experience. At least their pharmacy people are amazing

The pharmacy tech - Kathleen - ALways goes above and beyond in taking care of her customers. She anticipates a difficulty and subtly handles it. Her empathy and unflagging cheerfulness is very appreciated. Thank you for employees like Kathleen.

I was in need of a few items. Just got paid ready to get out of my house and get a few things and usually really enjoy this time I have to get a little shopping done. I love cvs and have been using this pharmacy for years. Today I was embarrassed to say the least and will never want to shop there again , needing to is a whole other issue as I do get my meds there so changing that would be a huge drain of time and energy. Very disappointed in this store this am. Sure, to walk in and be ask if I need help, great. To then be asked 4 more times in a matter of 5 minutes, makes you feel like you're being watched. If you are or are not, it certainly felt that way and I had to call my boyfriend to come in who also noticed that all the employees seemed a little uptight around this one employee. So I think she was making everyone else around her feel uncomfortable as well. Employees and customers. Again, I could be wrong. I called my boyfriend to let him know I needed one more thing then I'd be right out, I told him I was having trouble finding it and what had happened with them asking if I need help every 2 minutes. I hung up and right away again "can I help you find something?" Whatever, I was already thinking this lady needs a kick in her ass so that last ask if I needed help she's lucky I have patience as well. I will continue to use this store again more out of necessity then anything else. But over all the amount of money I spend there today alone over 250.00$ they could surely treat people a little better and not like you're going to steal everything. Also when I walked out the alarm went off (Of Course) so I stopped, waited, waited, waited some more. Turn and asked am I OK? She said it's there something in there with an alarm? Idk, again your job. So I waited she came over I figured out it was an alarm on the back of a 14$ phone cord. And I was finally able to leave. Extremely unpleasant and if I never had to go back I certainly would not.

Foolishly, I decided to give this CVS another chance. Having a drive thru is so convenient when you are sick, however, waiting two days for your prescription to help your lungs is unacceptable.I'm absolutely done with this pharmacy. Don't believe the non stop text messages and calls you will get stating your prescriptions are ready. Several times, I have driven there only to find out I had prescriptions which were ready but, I no longer take those and have asked them at least 6 times to remove them from my medication list. UGH!

I am at a loss! I am in need a assistance and a resolution to ongoing issues with the pharmacy located in the main street lakeville, ma store# 05407. I have spoken with Ryan the District Leader on a few occasions, but continue to have concerns. I called him Monday and he has not returned my call as of yet. Frankly, I am done talking with him. This issue is bigger than him now! I am an insulin dependent diabetic who requires insulin for this life-long disease. I have had a couple changes in my prescription recently. The pharmacy tells me wrong information. Both my doctor's office and myself get one 1 story from my insurance company which is a CVS company (Aetna) by the way, and this pharmacy location supposedly is getting a different story. This week was more of the same. The pharmacy just giving me flat out partial truth, or them not having all the information they should have. After having spent no less than 16hrs on the phone dealing with my insulin prescription I am at my whits end. Aetna point blank told me "this is something that should be handled at the pharmacy level. You shouldn't even have to do any of this" well fact of the matter is I do because otherwise I wouldnt get my medication. Tuesday the pharmacist said "you should have plenty of medication still". I said "that isnt the point" as it has already been 3 days trying to get this medication and my life depends on getting this medication on time. I cannot live without it! Short staffing is an issue everywhere that I am well aware of, but rudeness and problems filling life sustaining medication is unacceptable. I put a complaint in on the cvs email and there is a disclaimer about a 5 day response. This particular issue has been going on for the past 2 months, but there is a long history of unacceptable service at this location. I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with respect. Also, I feel these issues lean toward discrimination. Would someone on fewer/different medications have the same issues? It feels as though my health takes a back seat since it is complicated. My next steps are the news, the board of health, the department of public health, the attorney General, and the BBB. There has to be someone who can help me resolve the continual concerns. Filling my prescriptions every month should not be stress inducing, and as we all know stress is no good for diabetes and detrimental to my overall health! I expect a timely response from someone above Ryan the DL who can help me out!
