Let me first start by saying this review is long overdue…Going through the mortgage process is often scary, overwhelming, and stressful. Not with Meg and Mark and the Brick Road Mortgage team! My husband and I started the loan process with them but didn't end up purchasing our house for nearly 2 years due to unforeseen circumstances. That didn't matter because they were with us EVERY STEP of the way. They educated us on the loan process, provided tips and tricks to build/maintain our credit and kept in touch to see how they could help us in the buying process...because they knew how much the house meant to us. Here we are, 5+ years later and we have used them for 4 total mortgage closings (including original purchase and 3 refinances). If your asking why we've closed 4 times on the same house...because Meg and Mark are always on top of the latest rates and options, so we never missed any great opportunities. Our most recent refinance in 2021 was the BOMB DIGGITY and we could not be happier! Thanks to Meg and Mark, we got our little piece of heaven while having peace of mind during it all. We cannot thank you enough for everything! Until the next purchase... <3

One of the best decisions we made in our home buying process was reaching out to Brick Road Mortgage. We had a quite challenging process getting to closing and the Brick Road team was there for us every step of the way. They went far above and beyond what we had expected a lender's role to be.Our primary contact was Meg and she was fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Meg and team were a dream to work with. We had what was arguably one of the worst home build experiences, but the only thing I did not need to worry about was the lending side thankfully. Meg constantly checked in to see how we were making out and stayed on top of things throughout. I had started using Brick Road maybe about 3 years ago when we were on the planning stages of buying. After a 2 year build, we are happy that we got the chance to use Brick Road Mortgage and see customer service and caring for customers is still an actual thing. From the planning stages, to closing, and everything in between, it was a flawless experience on their end. We thank you again.

Mark and his team made the home buying process super easy. I am no expert whatsoever when it came to buying a home I felt overwhelmed and needed to buy my home quick, mark and his team helped me through every step. Laurie Reed and Brick Road Mortgage is amazing!! Let me start off by saying I have never bought a house before so the thought of even applying for a mortgage and going through the process was terrifying! Laurie answered every question we had from the day we applied for the mortgage to the day we closed on the house.
