“I had perfect cell service at this location and the UHaul mobile app would not operate correctly...LUCKILY the employees at this dealer were EXCELLENT and well trained as they were able to help me complete the p/u & d/o of the rental unit without missing a step.The trailer was clean, prepared ready to go.Tires were all inflated to spec and had plenty of tread life. Doors opened/closed easily and the interior clean.The tow chains and hydraulic safety brake connector were all in perfect operating condition.GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE!”
