This place is awesome!! They had my phone done in 5-10 minutes. He was so nice too!! Also gave me a free phone screen protector!! I needed my phone fixed that DAY and he was going to charge 120 but charged me 100. Awesome!!! Great service. ?

Replaced iPad screen and a few days later it was sitting on the kitchen island and I walked over to the screen being shattered. I called and they would not fix.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I paid 270$ to drop my phone off and get the front screen fixed. I came back and found that the volume buttons no longer worked. After 20 minutes she finally agreed to fix the volume buttons. Upon returning for the SECOND time the entire back of my phone was cracked. I then pointed it out and she said it was already cracked and that it only expanded a little. After arguing for another 20 minutes she offered a free case A FREE CASE because that fixes everything. She finally agreed to fix the back for free. But then we realized that all she did was glue on a piece of plastic to the back. Nevermind the fact that the entire time I argued with her all she did was ask my for my debit card. Terrible place. Such a scam. Don’t waste your money here you won’t be happy with the results and service.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND MY SCREEN STILL DOESNT WORK AFTER 2 DAYS! I ENDED UP TO BUYING A NEW PHONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My iPhone 6Plus glass was shattered. I brought it here today and the gentleman told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I came back and it looks like new! He also helped me pick a phone case that will better protect it and a new screen protector. Looks amazing! I got home and my husband thought I had bought a new phone! Highly recommend this place.

Stay far away from this place for repairs. I brought in my iPhone X Max and it needed the back glass replaced. They told me it would take 1.5 hours. I dropped it off at 12:30 and came back at 2:00. When I got there the phone wasn't at the kiosk it was actually down the hall at a store called Cell Fashion. So I went there and they told me it would be ready at 4:00. So I went home & came back at 4:00. My phone was still in several pieces. It wasn't completed until after 5:00. Too top it off my phone had a silver back but they gave me black. Not a good experience & waste of a day.

These guys are awesome. They're fast, nice, reasonably priced and they do the job well. They've replace the battery on my iPhone and the cracked screen on my husband's phone. Today they replaced the home button on my iPhone after it stopped working. Thank you, Shatter & Case!

Son was told $250 to replace front and back screen then charged him $350.í—í— when he went to pick it up. Also tried to say the back camera broken and wanted to fix it for $60 more. The camera was not broken. This place is a scam... dont go....
