I just stop by to share my experience, with the company Roger gray , but else I wanna say thanks to (LISA) , who it’s very professional , I’m very happy to be assisted to her ! I really recommended her ,(Lisa O’cornell and Enton Crespo )they make a difference on this company! Good job and appreciate for the hard work your guys are the best !!!!!

I used Rogers and Gray for 10+ years as they were the best prices. However, due to personal reasons I had to switch to another company. In their incompetence, they didn't cancel my policy and sent it to collections. This severely damaged my credit report for no fault of mine. When I pointed it out to them, they were nonchalant about it and I'm still dealing with having to explain the collections on my account. Their staff used to be exceptional and provide great personalized service, but now, they have become just another money grabbing, incompetent insurance agent. Unfortunate that they have come to this.

I have been a customer of RogersGray for two years and can’t say enough about how helpful Courtney Kelly has been! She is extremely responsive, professional, and makes the process of searching for the best rate and policy painless for me. I trust her to act in my best interest, and have recommended her to others!

Outstanding service I needed a new policy and rmv form last minute Jeff and his team handled my issues timely and efficiently And he even met me at a parking lot close to the rmv so I could have the necessary paperwork without being late for my appointment You just don’t get service like that anywhere Thank you

I have been using Rogers and Gray for both my business and personal insurance needs for several years. All of my interactions with the various staff members I have dealt with have all been positive. Whenever I have had an issue or question, they are very responsive and address whatever it is in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
