“After reading all the negative reviews, I have to agree to disagree. Never have we had an issue with this company, if anything they have gone above and beyond what was required of them with assisting my family over the years. The other big conglomerate company we had (not going to mention) was lackadaisical and much more. Dealing with public comes with challenges and I know first hand that people are too quick to pass blame/judgement with lack of their own responsibility and their perception of the truth.”
