“I’ve been a customer here for going on 10 years! I was shocked to see the low reviews this week when I searched CVS to call about an RX. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with this amazing staff! The pharmacy team had gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions to fill things quickly. They’ve called around to find things I need. They’ve checked in on me when I was panicking about my fertility RX not arriving in time. I can’t imagine how stressful their jobs are normally, and especially with how busy this location is. This team gets a 10/10 and I’ll still come here when we move even though there’s another pharmacy closer ???”

“It is impossible not to give the Associates and the management of the Kingston, MA store any grade but a “Ten.” The store is set up where you receive a greeting when you enter the door. If you have a need to see where an item you wish to purchase is in the store, they tell you where the item is then walk with you to the item and point it out to you. They then ask can we help in any other way and if a not, they repeat “: have a good day” and return to what they were doing. That type of customer service is an example of management encouraging the associates to always think of how we could make shopping in CVS enjoyable”
“For some reason one of my medications has been 200 dollars for the past 3 months. The pharmacist Rony worked on applying coupons to lower the price down to 60 dollars for me. Every time I've been here I've been taken great care of. It is a great group of people that work there and they go out of their way to help. Couldn't be more appreciative.”
