My Gym Kingston is a beloved local gym for children. Families absolutely love it and highly recommend it. The staff is amazing, so kind, and really cares about each child, making every child feel special and welcome. The environment is clean, friendly, fun, and a great place for kids to burn energy. Children gain confidence, learn new skills for everyday life, and foster their social skills. They make their very first friends and great friends there. Classes are the highlight of the week, with children getting so excited and asking to go every day. The parent and me classes offer a place for quality time where parents feel supported and understood. The drop-off programs, including STEM and STEAM classes, are also a highlight. Children look forward to them every week, and parents feel completely safe leaving their children in the staff's care. The staff is great at transitioning children to drop-off classes and tailors activities to fit all children, ready to work with any issues. The classes have a huge, positive impact, and families are so happy to be part of the MyGym Kingston family.
We love Miss Jodi and Miss Demetra! Our daughter has taken 3 different classes with them for over 2.5 years and it’s still the highlight of her week. Shes now in the drop off class and we feel completely safe leaving her in their care and she’s learning and growing so much! Absolutely recommend! :)

My son has been going to mygym Kingston since he was 6 months (he's 2.5) . He absolutely loves going! He's learned confidence and so many skills he uses in everyday life. Ms. Jodi and Ms. Demetra make every child special and really care for your kids. Clean friendly and fun. Highly recommend!
