Very happy with our purchase at Marty’s GMC. The staff was friendly and we felt no pressure to purchase. They got us in and out for financing and to take delivery, very helpful for a busy family. Sabrina our sales associate was great and very knowledgeable about the car. Brian the sales manager was helpful coming to an agreement. Overall one of the best purchase experiences we’ve had.

Experience was pretty good. Had a lot more service done on car than expected, and parts had to be ordered. Therefore, my car was kept 2-1/2 days. But the car feels like new again! Service Dept. personnel kept me up-to-date on progress; all were very pleasant.

My sales & leasing professional Ishane was very attentive to my needs when sorting through a new purchase. I was allowed to test drive a variety of vehicles before settling on the one I wanted. I highly recommend Marty's for a good source of vehicles and customer service.

I have purchased many vehicles through the years, this was my first experience with Marty's GMC, Stephen Bent's service, response and follow up was outstanding. Far better than one would expect. I look forward to future opportunities to work with Steve and Marty's again.I ordered a truck that was built but not yet shipped, I was without a vehicle and in need of the on that I had ordered. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure shipping was expedited and the truck was turned around as quickly as possible once delivered to Marty's. Steve was extremely organized through out the process and constantly in contact with me as it developed. I could not of had a better experience or better service. Kudos to Steve and Thank You for the delivery of a GREAT truck!

Great rep sales person - dealership overall is less than desirable. John Bachman was great. UNTIL he wasn’t… I purchased a $100,000 Vehicle in November…. I’m still waiting for an accessory part, an inspection sticker, some sort of discussed/ agreed upon gratuity for the prior wait but all of a sudden John can’t be reached. Very unfortunate.

I have a 2018 Sierra Denali, I Normally go to Robertsons GMC in Wareham, MA for all maintenance but tried Marty’s since they could fit me on their schedule sooner. I dropped my truck off to get an oil change and they said I needed brakes as well. $1700 later I picked up my truck and felt a vibration around 70-75mph that did not exist prior to the appointment. I have a company vehicle so I do not drive this everyday when I do I drive above 75mph on the highway and the ride was always smooth like glass until the day I dropped it at Marty’s. I scheduled a follow up and was told they could not drive at those speeds due to liability. Also just before the follow up my brakes began squeaking (less than 2 months later). They tried balancing the tires and informed me that one rim was bent so bad and could not be balanced. They refused take Any responsibility for the bent rim and the service staff including the manager were extremely rude when I returned to pick up my vibrating truck. Now I see why Robersons GMC has a full schedule and Marty’s GMC does not.

I couldn’t find a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate pickup anywhere near MSRP in the Dallas, TX area. So a friend of mine had ordered one from Marty’s GMC at list price, so he put me in touch with Paul Malley at the dealership and he ordered one for me with everything I wanted at MSRP. It took a while to get it, but it was worth the wait. He had it shipped to me at a very reasonable price, and I’m really pleased with the whole experience! I strongly recommend Marty’s GMC.

We ordered a 2021 Yukon Denali from another dealership in the middle of the covid / chip shortage. After receiving the Yukon everything was wonderful for the first 18 months and 14,000 mile. Until It just died in the middle of the road in at the beginning of February 2023 and unbeknownst to us if you can't start the vehicle you can't put the vehicle in neutral to push it out of the way and the tow truck operator needed to put the vehicle on skid pads to get it on the flat bed. This is a stupid design by GM. We had the vehicle towed to Marty's Buick GMC In Kingston MA because it is only 10 minutes from where it broke down. After speaking with Marty's service department multiple time and two visits to their location after 5 WEEKS of the vehicle sitting there and no clear answer as to when they would get it into their service department other than we hope this week. I contacted ALDEN Buick GMC In Fairhaven MA and had it towed there the middle of March. It was taken into their service department within a day as they said it would be. The service department called me and told me that they have diagnosed the problem and it was the fuel sending unit but they could't get the part for three weeks which was fine as long as we knew what the problem was and when it would be fixed. Because of the delay ALDEN offered us a courtesy vehicle witch we didn't take. At no point did Marty's ever offer a loaner or courtesy vehicle. Karen and the entire team at Alden Buck GMC was wonderful through the entire process and wish I would have just had it towed it there from the start. Marty's GMC service department sucked in every way possible except in the good way.

Great new truck experience! My salesperson (John Backman) was a pro and very responsive throughout the process. The dealership gave me a fair my trade in value on my existing vehicle which made the process very smooth. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership! Top notch experience!
