Went in yesterday and spent 2800 on a fridge. the lady was nice enough but today they sent it to the wrong adress which i DID NOT give her. Ended up having to cancel my order , the general manager was useless as well when i called to bring the matter to his attention

These guys are always courteous ,and helpful... Went over to Kingston,Ma. Lowe's on weds 7/09/24... Day could not have been hotter ... Anyway Nick helped me with a curbside pickup ,and could not have been nicer... Wanted to give this guy a shout out... I am Glad Lowe's is my hometown store!! Great Mower-Even Better Service !!! Thank You

They always have what I need for projects. Another store that is full self checkouts. I do miss some sort of interaction with employees.

Our ongoing home remodeling project led us to Lowe’s of Kingston, where a vibrant array of color options awaited us. Amidst the paint aisles, we had the pleasure of meeting Rocco Rinaudo, a true expert in his craft. Rocco’s warmth and responsiveness stood out as he patiently addressed our inquiries and exceeded our expectations. Lowes is always my go to store for home repair and items.
They usually have what I need, or can send me in the right direction if I need a special item.
Their prices are decent and they have a good amount of items marked down which is helpful.

removed cashiers, self check out only, no employee discount . replace humans with machines, will not do business with any Lowes again. scummy move to increase profits.

I am a senior citizen who recently had shoulder surgery. I drove to Kingston Lowe’s to return some deck boards that were loaded into my truck.I parked at lumber entrance and walked in to find employee JESS. She came out and unloaded said boards onto a lumber cart. Then brought them to returns for refund.Great customer service. She went above and beyond. Hoping her superior reads this and rewards her w/ in store recognition.Thank You JESS again.

March 11 I was assisted by Mary to cut a quarter inch off two Leveler blinds to fit my windows. She was very helpful and professional in her knowledge and attitude And prevented me to have to purchase two more blinds. I would highly recommend visiting this store. V. From Cape Cod
