Though I miss their half-price days, I still love going here for a car wash. You can go through the tunnel and get a towel dry at the end (don't forget to tip). You can also use their new auto wash, which I believe is open 24/7. They also have a self wash with the spray hose, scrub brush, and hand dryer (honestly, a bit of a pain if you are trying to dry off your whole car). I use this to clean my floor mats in my car. They also have vacuums to use. I believe they also have auto detailing, though I haven't used that. All in all, it's a great place for cleaning your car inside and out!

Would give a 0 if possible, I pay 100 a month for wash packages on both my vehicles and even wash my family/friends cars there but every time I go there the people drying the cars disappear? I asked the employee why that was and they said it’s because I didn’t tip enough last time even though I tip and drying is included in the wash package. Wouldn’t be as much of an issue if they didn’t make me dry my car with a broken foot. What takes them 30 seconds took me 5 minutes and alot of pain. Won’t be bringing any car back there you don’t even get what you pay for.

Hand wash doesn’t work! I’ve gone twice in the last month and both stations have very low water pressure. A garden hose would do a better job. Not like it used to be. Hopefully it’s not on purpose

Favorite place to get car washed and waxed. Employees towel dry for free.

Going to a wedding in Plymouth stayed at the Hilton. I parked next to a tree with a bush and little birds pooped all over the car. Went to this car wash because of the 24/7 touch less. Paid 23$ and the machine broke 8 second into the wash. Luckily it was close enough to opening time that the "manager" let me go through the tunnel. The had to tip the guy who wiped down the car. 3 star review because of the broken machine and when I called voicemail is full. It was an ok wash. But imagine spraying your car with a garden hose with good pressure. It's about the same . Not impressed. Wish everyone's operated like rojos in norwood

The car wash does a good job on most of your vehicle. Of course the back doesn't get cleaned and they've done away with using a manual brush as you enter. Bx. F , d.

I personally washed my car in order not to pay a lot and I saw that I was charged twice what I was supposed to. I called and they were very courteous telling me to wait a couple of days because the payment was still in process. Well, he was right!!! Thank you!

Paid 20 bucks went through the tunnel car still dirty and at the end they smeared dirty greasy towels all over my car and windows leaving streaks on the glass also paid for the tire clean add on rims are still dirty..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO IT YOURSELF

Pretty much what you expect EXCEPT the vacuums charge your credit card UNTIL you push the button to stop it. I’ve never experienced that before so just be aware that you are counting up instead of waiting for it to run out of time. They do have signage for it, but very unusual so you need to watch out.

Went to the drive through car wash.paid extra for the wheel cleaner. Drove through twice and still dirty because the lazy Fat slob doesn't have a brush like every other car wash.

DO NOT use this place to rent a U-Haul. We checked in to pick up the truck and they charged my card and we went to get the keys and the kid working at the car wash said we didn't have an appointment even when I showed him my confirmation number and the charge on my card. So he called the "owner" who said the same thing and they refused to give us the keys to this truck that we HAVE LITERALLY ALREADY PAID FOR. We called U-Haul and they said we had already picked up the truck when I was literally standing right in front of it unable to take it.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Really surprised if quality service from car wash, I expected a quick drive through but I left my rear window down on my fusion. I came out and 2 people came out apologizing for my mistake. I did the $22.00 tunnel wash (brushes) had bugs from our drive north. Asked the the guy if he had a hand brush I could use?No brush, he told me I could go over to the self service bay, for another $4.50 to get it started and try that! And as others wrote my tires were NOT done!!!PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!No surprise the website has no review section.
