I cannot recommend using Goodrich Lumber in Kingston enough! Not only do they have a great selection of materials to choose from, their customer service is exceptional! I cannot thank their staff enough, in particular Ed Cappa, for the help I received both on the phone and in person. The staff's kindness, patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the industry cannot be topped! In the Navy, they'd deserve a huge BZ (Bravo Zulu) (meaning a job well done)!!! Thanks for the Goodrich shirt Ed!

Place to literally has everything and anything you need. The people who work at GoodRich lumber we're just absolutely awesome, very polite and courteous and absolutely answered all the questions I had. They were absolutely above and beyond great with helping me with everything that I needed and it was done very promptly. I would go to them again absolutely everything on time knew everything I needed got my order and went it was perfect! ??

Friendly staff, neat, organized drive through warehouse.Claymark Solid gold- is about 30% north of competitor rates, my only hesitation, but it not worth taking a star away stuff comes from new Zealand so markup is expected

A sign of a great company is when they do make a mistake, how they handle it. Long story, but basically the owner was looking over invoices and noticed that I purchased a couple of types of decking. He called and said he spoke with the managers about this purchase, and realized I didn't get what I needed on the first try. I purchased correctly on the second try. He refunded the total amount of first purchase - as he saw it as an error on his part! I never called him, he reached out to me! THAT'S customer service. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM!
