I’ve been to Golden Nails about four times, and very sporadically because im not one to always have my nails done. The staff here is always so hospitable and accommodating. Lee is awesome- he remembered me when I hadn’t been there for like 6 months! Everyone does an amazing, thorough job. I always leave in a great mood. Keep up the great work!

This salon has such a lovely, family-oriented vibe to it. I have been getting my nails and toes done here for years, and the service has always been exceptional. They use EMA for their acrylic powder- which is a safe, healthy, and high-quality alternative to a lot of stuff that the majority of salons use.Amy, Lee, Diane, and all of the other techs here are very kind and will always go above and beyond for their clients. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This is my favorite place to get my nails and toes done ever. I’m a travel nurse and so have had my nails done all over the country but I always go back to Golden Nails. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I feel like I’m actually listened to, and everyone is so thorough! Dianne did my dip manicure today and it came out gorgeous and is so natural looking! First time here. Only went because I had an appt across the street. I called the day before. Made an appt for 6:30. It closes at 7:30. Plenty of time for Mani-pedi.I got there about 10 min early. As soon as I opened the door i was hit with a heat wave!! I had to ask for the AC to be put on!! My girl turned it on.Then I didn’t get started until 6:45! From that point on everything was rushed.I had half a pedi (no massage) on legs like they normally do. The girl was super nice though. Then one of the girls says something to my girl. Off goes the AC!Now I’m off to mani. It’s 7:15 now. So now I know I’m not getting a full mani either.At this point I didn’t even ask the price. It was $48!! The wonderful salon (LV nails Hanover) I normally go to is only $35! They did not increase their prices after Covid. They were loyal to their customers!!I only went to this place because Im on a tight schedule this week/weekend. And it was a matter of convienence. Never again!!So now diff girl for mani. There was one other woman there getting a pedi. She was already there being helped before I was. So of course she finished before me.My “tech” had me file my nails on one of my hands!! I said, I could have done this at home. She kept saying she can’t get my shape right.I said, it’s the same as the left hand’s shape. I said I didn’t come here to file my own nails.Now the other tech is cleaning up all around us. No vacuum either which I thought was odd. Just brooms. Not even regular brooms. Basically just moving dirt all around.Then, no massage etc. She didn’t even clean my nails!! Before I went there I made the mistake of pulling a few weeds. So I had some dirt under my nails. I had to ask her to clean my nails!!So now it’s 7:45. I’m now over underthe lights trying to dry my nails. The other clerk says….”five minutes and we close”!I felt like saying… I’m not leaving until they are dry!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!Service: Manicure

Just got my 1st pedicure here with Kim. I was so sick of going local to other places and getting mediocre service. Kim went above and beyond to clear the skin all around my toes and make them look sooo much better. Her and the other woman that I spoke with while getting my pedicure done were so nice and helpful. Going back in 2 days to get my acrylics done and can't wait. Don't mind my ugly toes in my pictures ? just wanted to show how amazing of a job Kim did! Highly recommend this salon. It's so pretty inside. The pedicure stations are gorgeous too!

It was the roughest manicure I've ever had. Many of my fingers had cuts around the cuticles when I left. Though my nails typically last me 4-5 weeks, several of my nails have started to lift after only 2 weeks
