“We were very happy with our leather rocker recliner. Montana was very helpful with our decision. Unfortunately we were told that the chair came with a battery pack , which it didn’t. When I contacted the sales associate, she apologized for giving us the wrong information. I stated that Lazy Boy should honor the sale with the battery pack, but her sales manager said they wouldn’t do that. It ended up costing me an extra $133 for the pack. I was very disappointed with the managers decision.”

The sales reps were wonderful, educating me on each bike and allowing me to test ride each one several times. They were patient and kind throughout the process. “I had driven by this store MANY times over the years and never stopped in. My housemate raved about the store one day and I popped in. I was really impressed when I walked into the store. For some reason, I thought the merchandise was going to be very country/ crafty/ new age-y but it was so much more! They have a smattering of things - clothing, independent artist wares - wall decor, handblown glass, small batch food items, jewelry and garden decor. I have bought wall art, metal candle votives, plant holders and air plants, gems, incense holders and oracle cards. The owners Robyn and Bob and employee Sarah are all VERY nice and helpful.. In a world of mass produced, cookie-cut things, it is refreshing to see independent, smaller-scale selection. They are always getting in new items so even though I go every other day as a break from work, there is always new stuff coming in.”

“I had 2 older favorite outdoor swivel back chairs. They are so comfortable that I hated to give them up. I have sewn and done some minor upholstery in the past and thought I could do these chairs. I certainly underestimated the trick of getting the upholstery fabric in tight and snug.Gina Gesmundo and Jake took the chairs and did an absolutely perfect job reupholstering. I am thrilled. And Justin brought them back within 2 weeks. This was all in August too.Kudos to Chatham Refinishing and its crew.Mary”
