Well stocked but past few times I've been there one woman was left alone while some pink haired woman (assuming manager or supervisor) refused to help the line and openly sat in office today while there were 10 people in line, abd the other times she ignored customers to talk to male coworker as line backed up. As a retail manager I can tell you thats highly unprofessional and shows pure laziness.

There is one employee that i'm honestly surprised still works at this store. If you've shopped at this store and had the misfortune of being rung out by him you know exactly who it is, and why. Every time i've interacted with him, it's as if him doing his job is the equivalent of me asking for his firstborn child AND a kidney, no customer service skills, real or fake. I've worked retail, i know it sucks major ass, but this guy could at least say hello rather than just grab your things and throw-literally throw- them in a bag. I've never written a review solely about a single employee before but after the disgustingly rude interaction i had with him today I had to. This guy is an absolute jackass and has no place working in customer service.

Tyrone is awesome. So helpful,and always helping the handicap get the things they need. I’ve been to at least 4 other dollar trees and never received the attention and help from any of the stores that I get from Tyrone.Best manager ever.

The Kingston store has had a huge change since the new store manager has been there. He has completely turned that store around. It is so much neater and easier to find things now. I definitely will be going to this store now. Everybody there is just so nice.

I need to express my utter distaste for one employee at the Dollar Tree in Kingston, MA on Summer St. I was there on Sunday, 3/13 with my 6 year old daughter. There was another mother with her son there. Her son was screaming, banging his toys together, and being loud, but it was also clear he had a disability of some sort. What made me sick was an employee yelled across the store saying "Shut that kid up!". Then she left to go to the back room. When she returned she said she had to leave because she couldn't deal with that kid screaming. She said it loud enough for everyone to hear. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior and her verbally expressing her frustration with this poor kid. I need you to know that it shook me and my daughter to the core with how horrible that employee treated this mother and her autistic child. Disgust doesn't even describe it. I'll never step foot in that store again as long as that employee is there. What a terrible example for my daughter to witness. (I don't know the employees name but it was a female, middle aged, with a facial deformity) I will be writing to the corporate office as well, and wherever I can get a response and resolution to this disgracefulness. I can't let this kind of behavior go unnoticed, especially when a disabled child and poor mother is involved.

Same as the guy above/below me said about closing early. Sure it is a great Dollar Tree if open, but this place thinks nothing about closing 10-15 minute early. Not everyone works business hours and we depend on places to be open as advertised.
