Pleasant surprise on my first visit. Great service with a chill atmosphere. My back was hurting and the woman who was doing my nails gave me a pillow for my back. I've never had that happen before so I will definitely be back

I've gone twice, for both my senior and junior prom, and I can't say I'm going to come back any time soon. Both years I got acrylics and a pedicure, and the first time the pedicure was great, done by a younger girl, I believe it was the owners daughter. The older woman, who did my acrylics that year and both my hands and feet the following year, is definitely not my favorite. She is very rough, and each time she did my acrylics she caught the skin around the nail beds in the electric file, and drew blood. With my feet, she was also very rough but not as bad as with the hands. While the finished products were decent, I wouldn't go for the customer service if I had the choice

I have been going to Creative Nails since they have been open, located in Kingston center. Tina the owner, does an excellent job making sure you are pleased with her meticulous work and service. Salon is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. She also gives great massages, which is an added bonus while in her care!

Amazing pedicure!!! We were visiting family in the area and took a chance on this spot and it totally paid off. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The massage that came with the pedicure was the bee's knees!!! 💅ðŸðŸ‘£ðŸ‘

Best pedicure I've ever had! Didn't rush at all and even massaged my feet and legs for almost 20 min! My toe nails look awesome and my feet are so soft and smooth 👌

They always do a great job with manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Very friendly staff, and the prices are reasonable!
