I was originally with Russell-Tudor and transitioned over to Cavanaugh Insurance and I've had the pleasure of working with Lisa Lovendale on numerous occasions. I was most impressed recently when my auto insurance was about to expire and she contacted me and said Mary, I can save you money on your policy this year. Lisa was extraordinarily helpful and prompt with replies when I asked for my auto policy to be re-marketed . I also wanted to move my renter’s policy ove to them. She completed the entire process within a weeks time. I saved a substantial amount of money, enough to be able to pay the entire premium at once. We were looking for advice on what the different options would be to insure our teen driver on the car that she will be driving. Miranda at Cavanaugh Insurance was incredibly helpful and answered all of the questions that we had. She also helped us to navigate some of the steps we'd need to take to get the car registered. She advised us on how to correctly complete sections of the title so that it would transfer correctly and she also helped us by completing the Registration and Title application. I have used Cavanaugh Insurance to help with all of my insurance needs for many years and they continue to provide outstanding customer service.

I find Cavanaugh Insurance to be very mindful of their customer’s needs and providing timely responses to phone calls and inquiries. The manager is very knowledgeable and made specific suggestions about changes to our insurance that enhanced our coverage and certainly our peace of mind.

I ADORE the Cavanaugh insurance agency!! Without a doubt I always reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a new insurance agent. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers, I know because they've done it for me. Even staying late and keeping in constant contact with me while at the RMV to ensure everything was done properly for registering my out of state vehicle. I'd give 100 stars if I could!!
