I recently purchased a vehicle through Cartec. Very friendly. But I went through some issues. Found vehicle on fb went to see it and knew that was a good jeep for my son. Made an offer and they denied. Got home and they increased the jeep for over $2k more, after I informed them that the car needed brakes and cracked in the windshield.
Few weeks later, got another notification that priced decreased to almost the original price. Okay my son was excited so I called them and they agreed for $5,500 I okayed it as long as the brakes was fixed. They agreed. Paperwork done, was informed brakes was fixed. Now not even a month later I decided to drive my son’s jeep. The brakes are bad. Really wow. Buyer beware. Yes I wanted to wait at least 30 days before a review because that’s when everything comes to light.
Besides that they was few friendly and kind (Paulo and the daughter of the owner). Which probably the reason I purchased too. I didn’t get doc of the brake repair which I should have. Just to show, you can’t trust anyone even with your kids life. They don’t care just about the money.

If you're in the Kingston, MA area and you're looking for quality automotive work, check out Collari's! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and do things the right way! They don't skimp, so the price may be a little more than you expect, but then results say it all. Dennis and Linda are awesome!
