Placed an on-line order from the parking lot since I had a 10% coupon for ordering on-line. I did my order... reorganized my hatch area for 2 minutes walked in to the store. The young lady was in the process of grabbing my merchandise. I signed for it and left. Total process took ~5 minutes tops and I was on my way home. Very pleased

Customer service there is great. Staff is knowledgeable and were able to help find the items I needed. I had an amazing customer service experience with this company.

What a helpful staff, the owner, the kids behind the counter. Everybody very professional very helpful .Even though it's a Half hour out of my way. This is my new hardware store . They actually answered the phone so I could make sure what I needed was in stock. They answered all my questions once again.

Edward McShanes Review is not applicable. When you harass a 16 year old people are less inclined to help you. They have a specific return policy of receipt required unless you have an account. He was very rude and ignorant towards the employees, who tried there best to accommodate the situation until he continued to harass the 16 year old employee inevitability making her cry, -witness(5-1-24, 5:00 pm est)

Their price for propane is $2 over the national average I would never recommend going here for propane. Yesterday's customer service was deplorable this particular Aubuchon needs some help. Management is good I think I just got some of the worst counter help they have

Clerks are helpful. I'm so glad Aubuchon has real clerks and not self-checkout like the box stores. I also like being able to look online and find the location (aisle, bin) of the product I want to buy.
