So I went this morning to wash a few of my comforters , and when it was time to dry I put $1 in to start the dryer and it would not turn on , so I seen the lady I guess she was just coming in and I let her know she come over and said I did not put money in machine , and I did so she open lint spot and clean out and still saying I did not which it piss me off because me would not make that up over 4 quarters , in the past I had a problem the man that be here always took care of me seems like she did not want to be at work which not my problem she should of stayed the hell home , I will find another place to wash my comforters if I can wash home I would I only come here for that purpose only

Your machines need to be maintained and your staff is rude. Watched a customer try to get $20 in change to his money but did not give him change, the staff acted like they didn’t believe him I spoke up on his behalf and they told me to mind my own business. I would never go back there again and I will let all my friends and family know how they treat their customers. I requested for them to put a sign on the machine saying out of service they refused and told me once again to kind my business. It is my business because it was me at one time. You’re aware of the situation and won’t fix the problem. Shame on you.

I won't tell my age, but I have been washing clothes here for over 20yrs. Nothing but the best, clean, friendly, up to date equipment and worth the ride.My clothes r clean smell freeeessshhh!!!!

I love coming to Rossmore to do my laundry because there are so many machines that I don’t have to wait to put in my wash. I found that I have friendly neighbors.

Everything you need for laundry is here- vending machines for laundry stuff if you forgot, a million huge, very powerful washers and dryers so you’ll never wait, plus the people are so nice and helpful! It’s very clean and they even have free wifi! Thanks everyone!!

This is my second time at this location the first time I was here on a Sunday. Although it was crowded, I was able to get in wash , dry, and fold rather quickly . TODAY, I am here on a Saturday morning before 8 am. and it's busy here already. Although it's busy, there are plenty of washers and dryers. There is a lack of wheeled laundry carts, and there are no tall ones other than that. I would definitely be finding a day and time that works for me to come more often. The cost to wash and dry very reasonable.

This laundromat is a hidden gem for those who want a hassle-free laundry experience. The best part? It's stocked with large washers and plenty of dryers, so you never have to battle for machine availability. The cleanliness of the facility is a rarity in the world of laundromats. The only drawback is the bathroom. While it's always kept clean, it somehow manages to maintain an uninviting aura. However most of us come for the laundry, not the bathroom. One thing to keep in mind is the payment methods. Some machines only accept cards, while others take both cards and coins. Be prepared, and you'll have a seamless experience. All in all, if you're after a spacious and clean laundromat with a variety of machines, this one is hard to beat.

This is the best laundry mat ever. The machines are high quality and super quick with washing too, my clothes came out perfect! Prices are great, especially for the dryers. The place is spacious and very clean . I will keep coming here, I also found a baby picture of myself on the picture board which was nice to see ?. 5 stars all around

Great neighborhood laundry spot! Very clean, and there have always been machines available when I've gone midweek. I also really appreciate the bathroom- both that they have one, and that there's no mirror. It really promotes a culture of not being so focused on looks. Also, very close to Franklin Park so you can go for a nature walk while you wait for your clothes to dry! Would recommend :)

To whom it may concern! I did my laundry last Sunday evening and the 2 people a man and a woman were so very kind! They went above and beyond their jobs! Unfortunately my washer and dryer broke so I had to do laundry! They were very nice and funny and the place was very clean! I would recommend this laundromat and will be letting my friends know!
