“I dropped my cell phone on concrete and it went haywire. I thought I was going to have to buy a new cell phone for a nauseating amount of money. I was in East Boston and decided to google "cell phone fix" just to see if on a wing and a prayer I could find a place check it out and see if it could be fixed (it was going nuts - was calling emergency on its own, random people... the screen was a mess and I could not shut it off.) I walked in and Sebastian, Andy, and Sevilia greeted me with a smile - Andy took my phone and said "it's the screen, it's cracked - 10 minutes." I did not believe him. Ten minutes later, my cell phone was like new. And they threw in a protective cover on the house. It cost me NOTHING compared to a new phone. They smiled, were incredibly kind. I would drive all the way to East Boston (from Sharon, MA) to use them again. Amazing people, amazing business. FIVE star operation.”

Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“Exceptional service despite the store not having what I needed in stock. The agent there (Fri eve 3/1) went out of his way to try and help and not just for me. I watched him deliver exceptional service to everyone who came in. He was not only speaking with people in person but coordinating his efforts on the computer and on the phone, all at the same time. At one point someone thanked him for his help and he simply replied, "that's what we do here." Verizon is lucky to have this gentlemen, whose name now I wished I got.”

“In July of 2017 I walked in. Four or five customers were ahead of me. One guy was working behind the counter. The first person approached and asked "habla Espanol?" Si' he replied. This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES.
