They are nice people in that area and very helpful to their customers with the laundry care. And they have very good drop off service with next day pick up of clean fresh clothes. So if you in the area drop by and say hi to the nice guy. Because they are the best of the best in the laundry business ??

This place might look nice. But, everytime I use the machine it my damages my clothes. It discolored, ripped and put holes in them. The dryers don't dry clothes even after 30 minutes. The employee would ask stupid questions, are you are ok? You are just standing there.Meanwhile he walks are like a Ballerina in New balance shoes policing people.I am just waiting to get my clothes from the machine. But there is a problem with your machines damaging my clothes. They will not refund. This place is a rip off. Also, the employees are always coughing and sneezing. They don't wear a mask and are spreading germs. You don't wash your hands after you cough and are touching other people's clothes. You should invest in some hand sanitizer, gloves and masks. The employees are dirty!

Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable while doing laundry in a laundromat. I'm also angry and disappointed that the same older gentleman attendant who made me feel this way had absolutely no idea how things went missing from my singular load of laundry.

I've been using this laundromat for many years. It is always clean and is never overcrowded, I feel safe. There is always someone there to help. I believe this is a family business, and I love supporting small businesses in my neighborhood.

I have been doing laundry at Laundrymates for the past few years due to its proximity to my home, but after tonight, I will no longer be supporting this business and want to share about the harassment I received tonight that resulted in me calling Boston Police Department for assistance. The laundromat is owned by a family- I primarily see the son, but at times, his father is also present, which has always left me with an icky feeling. His father STARES at patrons so intently, it makes you feel very uncomfortable. He polices you as you do you laundry and keeps the bathroom locked. You have to ask for permission to access the bathroom to wash your hands in between loads.Tonight, I entered just before 7 pm and there was another young woman attempting to do laundry. I say attempting because the washer machines she was using read “Error. No Sink Fill”. She told the older man about this four times and he did nothing to resolve the issue. After her telling him multiple times, he called his son who came downstairs and moved her loads to other machines that I was about to fill.Due to the delay in getting a washer, my clothes were still drying at 8:50 pm since I had to wait for her to finish using the smaller washer machines. Shortly thereafter, the older man went to the breaker panel and turned all of them off stopping my clothes from drying. He then proceeded to turn off all the lights and told me to get out. I informed him that I could not pack my clothes in the dark and needed light to pack my still damp clothing. He STILL REFUSED and I proceeded to call 911 because I was standing in the dark with a very odd old man. The officers (one male and one female officer) arrived and the laundromat was still dark. I explained the situation to the police and he was still belligerent. After packing my clothing, the police and I attempted to leave the laundromat and he stood in front of the door. They had to yell at him to move out of our way so we could exit. This entire situation was completely avoidable and unfortunate and I’m choosing to share this disgusting story. They need to repair their machines, and better yet, STAY OUT OF NEIGHBORHOODS where you clearly don’t trust your clientele. At the height of the pandemic when many were withdrawing their support of Asian-owned businesses in Boston due to a false and perceived connection with the COVID-19 infection, my household and I still continued to do laundry there while others sought out other laundromats. The treatment I experienced tonight makes me deeply frustrated and sad. I will be withdrawing my support from this business and letting others know. I am owed an apology.

I have had my clothes done here using the wash, dry and fold service for the last 2 years. At first everything was great. I would even tip Bio the owners son $10 each week. Then slowly things changed. Sometimes the owner would do the clothes even though I had told his son I only wanted him to do it. I dropped off 4 bags of clothes one week with a brand new $12 bottle of Gain detergent. When I picked up my items the gain was almost empty. I asked Bio about it and he said it couldn't have been a new bottle, then he said sorry maybe I used too much. It didn't add up. Then it seemed every week something was missing, had a bleach stain etc all was denied. He was still taking his $10 tip with no problem. Final straw was when he ruined my fiance's white licensed Patriots sweatshirt...It came back with rust spots. A $150 Sweatshirt ruined. I asked him to fix it.. I was told it was like that when it was brought in. He rewashed it to no avail. I asked him to take it to a drycleaners to make it right. He said "I'll do that but you will have to pay for it.I guess Bio never heard "The customer Is always right" I was lied to, lost several items, then had my integrity questioned about an expensive sweatshirt. If you want to be treated like this go here. Otherwise take your clothes where you won't get lied to, have your belongings disappear or worse completely destroyed.

The machines only take quarters but this place also has a quarter machine so that really helps. Lots of machines available, generally clean, and the internet works well. I was a regular here. The reason I give it a 2/5 stars is because every single time there's this weird guy there who patrols the place. I just read my book and he literally just watches me the entire time like I'm doing something suspicious. Creeps me out.

I drop off often and will say this is the best service I've gotten with a affordable price point. Clothes always come back clean and neatly folded. Would recommend leaving bags for your finished laundry or else a additional charge for bags.

Was looking for laundromat nearby as I needed to launder items that was recommended for washing/drying in front loading washer/dryer. Street parking nearby was convenient (free). There was only maybe 2-3 other folks at the most coming through there when I was there.. appreciated it not being crowded. A staff person or attendant was there tidying up, and available to help if needed. Plan to come back again when I need to use front loading machines
