“I came in today for the first time to do my laundry, and the place was very clean! The attendant Maureen had excellent customer service skill; I'll definitely come back here every weekend. The only problem was the bathroom was out of order. Other than that, great place to do your laundry.”
“Another happy customer. Amazing, friendly service. I took several things in for cleaning and he happily, patiently answered all my questions about the different types of cleaning, how the softness wouldn't be affected, etc. On top of that he found ripped seams in multiple pieces and asked if I'd like them fixed, and they were well mended. Later I brought a pair of pants with a bad zipper that I was about to donate, but he was able to do a new zipper no problem!Note that they do alternations but don't pin you - you'd need to provide the measurements you want.tl;dr: this is the only cleaner I'll go to from now on.”
