I avoid this location like the plague. Only one employee there was nice in the many years I've had to use this location when absolutely necessary. Such negative energy here.

The absolute rudest service I have ever encountered. I was asking for help returning a package without a provided return label and the woman basically laughed in my face and continued with whatever task she was doing behind the desk so I walked right out. Will be avoiding at all costs - how hard is it to be nice and helpful at your JOB??

5 stars to Judi for her outstanding and efficient service!! She had a great attitude. friendly and prompt. my only complaint is it kinda smells bad in the building

My package has been sitting at your post office since the 7th. Why won’t you deliver it. Not the first time this has happened. I want my money back!

The truth is super bad service, starting with not wanting to do their job, you can't take more than 3 packages at a time, secondly, their attitude is very bad. super nefarious. I have to travel 15 minutes to be able to deliver my packages from my business because they do not want to take them. the other post office from hamilton, they have an excellent service I do not know why the administration has not taken action on the matter. you pay a lot of money as a small business for people like these to treat others like garbage. And believe me I have seen them with others too, it is not only with me.

I am visiting from out of state and had to return a small package for my mom. I was stunned at how rude Terry was to a customer next to me. Told her to not bring her packages to the counter until she had the labels on. Snapped at her really. When I asked Sharon if she could staple my envelope she told me I could buy tape for $4. I asked again and she reluctantly put 3 staples on the envelope. My post office in Texas is friendly and understands how to provide customer service!

I went in on December 10, today...to overnight an envelope! The man behind the counter was beyond rude...he intentionally embarrassed me...or at least he tried. He was older White beard mustache and white hair. He is a disgrace, and should be ashamed of himself.

If you call you'll get an answer from someone who sounds fed up or confused. Everyone I've talked to over the phone or at the physical building gives me different unclear answers to try to pass the buck. Lazy and unprofessional

I went to the local down Post Office to send out some tax returns. When I entered the building and walked up to the counter, the man behind it starts to assault me verbally. It starts ranting I came in the wrong door stating I can't read or follow instructions. As he continued to belittle me and embarrassing me. I asked for my letters back and went to the UPS store and had excellent service. Terry, you get the worst customer service award in my book. Time for you to retire if you hate your job that much!!

I have been using this post office for over a decade. I do not recall a single poor service, but remember they nice folks there exceeded my expectations many times.
