“I highly recommend this Auto shop, I came with an issue with my handling and alignment. They put my car on the lift and recommended me tires. They priced me out a couple of different options.We ordered them in, scheduled for the mount and alignment. After the job was completed the car was driving better then ever. The waiting room is comfortable and they are quick! I dropped my car off at 11 for new tires, rotors, and breaks and I was able to pick up at 5. He saw me right away and the prices are way better than town fair tire.”

“I can't say enough about Cape Ann Auto Body. My car happens to be unlucky and it has been hit by someone else 3 times while it was parked. Cape Ann Auto Body has been a dream to work with. They have worked with multiple different types of insurance providers (including one time my own since it was a hit-and-run). Patty is so friendly. “We were traveling in the Northeast for the holidays and picked up a screw in our tire. It was 4:30 the day after Christmas and we couldn’t find any tire shop that could patch it. Some had up to a week’s wait and some said to drop it off the next day and they would try to work us in. We were heading out the next morning so that wasn’t going to work. When I called Monro, he said I could bring it right in. We got there and he was very nice (pretty sure he was the manager), he fixed it and we were out of there in a little over half an hour! Great service!”
“Kudos to Mike, the owner of Bridge Street Auto. My mother got an oil change there and within days, oil was leaking. Since Bridge Street Auto was closed on the weekend I had to bring the car to another service station where they discovered that when the oil change was done, the mechanic accidentally (hey we're all human and we all make mistakes) did not tighten the filter inside the housing unit which caused the oil to leak . The service station cleaned up the oil, replaced the filter and oil. The charge including the labor was $250. I contacted Mike on Monday so that he was aware of what happened and how it cost us $250. Without any hesitation at all, his response was "bring me the receipt and I will take care of it".He reimbursed my mother the $250 and was so apologetic and kind. This is how a true business man should be. Thank you for stepping up and taking responsibility. Very professional guy.”
“Went to see Patrick on the recommendation of a co-worker after another shop broke off some bolts and therefore said was unable to replace my AC compressor and condenser on my Tacoma. Patrick said to leave the truck with him for a day so he could assess the extent of the damage the other shop did. Within 2 hours he called saying he confirmed the compressor needed replacement but the condenser was OK. He also gave me a VERY reasonable estimate for repairs and said he could finish it that day. WOW!!! Everything is back up and running for just over 1/2 of what the other shop was going to charge. I've found my new go-to mechanic!!! Thanks Patrick.”

“Brought my car in this week for a few different issues, most of which were fixed on Wednesday, one of which had to wait until Friday. Mildly inconvenient but good communication (and free rides back and forth to my workplace) made it all work out. Very clear information on work that was needed, which things should be fixed right away and which could be delayed a bit and the costs. I just had it all taken care of at once, but there have been times when I needed to stretch things out over a few paychecks and I appreciated knowing my options. Good customer service!”
