My wife and I are up from Florida for the summer. Our Subaru Outback needed some attention. Shaun the owner, took care of everything perfectly and at a very fair price. Like others have said, you are treated like family here and they really care that you are happy. They will never sell you anything you don't need. I am really glad I have a excellent auto mechanic that I can trust and know the job will always be done right the first time

In October, I had some front-end problems . Shaun gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I had major issues as my strut was blown out, I knew it was not an easy fix. He detailed the work that had to be done. There were some rust issues with an older truck. I understand , bolts in NE. They are rusty and sometimes a big problem. My brother is a mechanic. I know from experience. He ordered the parts and installed them very quickly and efficiently. I am a very happy customer. His team Dustin and other mechanic are always helpful and professional. They go out of their way to keep my family running Smooth. Thank you all, Paul J. McGinly Jr.

Friendly... but not reliable. Brought my wife's car in for 50k service (basically an oil change), alignment, and requested new breaks as I knew these were at the end of their life. They did the oil, alignment, and rotated tires (not asked for... $90, tires were new and just installed 2k miles ago). They didn't do the breaks as there was a shred of life left.. but not enough to go another 5k/oil change...Gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a break job for 8am the following Monday. They assured me they would have the parts and have me done by mid-day. Dropped car off as they opened at 7:59am and wished them well. Asked they call as soon as it was complete as I had meetings and an appointment to get to. No call by 11:45am and I return at noon after wandering around Ipswich in the rain for 4 hours. Car is sitting in a parking spot with nothing done.I won't be returning for another disappointment, go check out one of the other local shops for help. Probably doesn't apply to "fleet vehicles" as one of those was given preference over my spot today. Hopefully the fleet owners take the time to leave a review.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I recently moved into Ipswich and needed brake work done onmy Toyota 4 Runner. I went to the Dealer and they told me notto drive the vehicle until they complete a 4-wheel brake jobincluding front calipers $$$$. I decided to stop at Tick’s AutoRepair, and met with Shaun the owner, he got me into the shopthe next day. He called me with a quote on the brake work inthe front and said the rear brakes still have another 10,000miles left in them. When I picked up the truck the bill was for alot less. He said that the calipers were fine. That is honesty thatI am not used to from all the auto repair shops that I have dealtwith in the past. I will always use and recommend this shop.
