We have been clients since 1995. When we called them to say our dog needed to be euthanized, they said they'd call us back. They didn't. When I called them back a few hours later, I was told they could not squeeze us in that day. We called another vet who somehow did find a spot for a dog who isn't their patient but who is suffering. If you can't offer this service when it's needed, why deal with animals at all?

Can’t thank them enough, my goat was attacked and needed help and they took him in no problem,after calling many many places and no luck. I’m very grateful to everyone there!! Y’all are amazing!!

I have been a client there for nearly 30 years, but in recent years the practice has become less personal, having more of a "corporate" feeling. Plus they refer everything to a specialist, which drives up the price considerably. I would prefer if they could do the ultrasound or x ray and read it themselves and only refer if there is a question about something that needs more expertise. Additionally, I have had a couple of incidents where an animal needed fairly urgent attention but they couldn't get the animal in for several weeks, and I was given the option , "it that's too long a wait you can go to the emergency clinic". I took another option: I called another vet who got us in right away. It's a shame, because they used to be a terrific practice.

They were running about half an hour to 45 minutes late, sitting with your dog with other dogs around can make a stressful wait. They took the dog without me and after that it was very quick. Very pricey, but aren't all vets. My price for only one of my dog's was $400.74. They still do a good job.
