“Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. I’m thrilled this pkg won’t be lost in space!!! Would never use any other carrier.”

“Received excellent customer service today at this location. I phoned with the tracking # of a package that was received in a large shipment with many other packages. It was supposed to arrive today and they went above and beyond to locate it for me. I was able to pick it up there rather than wait for my regular mail carrier to deliver the next day. Thank you!”

“This is the fastest store! The employees are always friendy too. So glad they opened this location! I think the bad reviews on here were from the other UPS store down the street at the Shaws plaza...that place is terrible, slow, and terribly rude employees at that location. I used to dread going there.”
