Shannon express international is a scam, they are not reliable, and not efficient at all. They cun you out of your money. I gave them my luggage to be air freight to Nigeria. For more than 6 weeks I did not get my luggage,all my son's foods that he supposed to eat during our vacation were destroyed, he was unable to use his important medication that were in the luggage, we called several times nobody picked up neither did anybody returned my calls. Until my brother called from New York with a different number before he sent the luggage to New York. Then I started calling him for refund of the remaining of my $976.00 now he did not pick up again neither did he want to refund my money. This is a bad business that does not worth anybody wasting their precious time and resources for. They lack all business etiquettes, plus they are not professional at all. I called better business Bureau in Massachusetts and they told me that the reason they are rated A+ was because of the years they had been in the business not because people are rating them.

I shipped 10 boxes from Dallas, TX to Bogota, Colombia (about 500 lbs) and everything arrived safely and promptly. Great customer service experience, would highly recommend it (and I work in the customer service industry so I have high expectations when someone is providing a service)... ask for Edward.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... i hired Eddie to ship a package to my son for Christmas on December 9th to Thailand ...bottom line the package never made it ..it just happened to disappear he gave me the run around for well over a month saying he could'nt find it and said he would refund me the 375.00 he charged me BUT HE NEVER DID !!! The package had a guitar, a camera 5 pair board shorts, sim cards guitar strings, a guitar case and some other gifts from the family valuing well over 3000.00 ...still makes me sick to think he was no help, making me wonder if he had anything to do with it just vanishing PS it made me add a star other wise i wouldn't have put any !!

This company should not be used under any circumstances. My shipment is 3 weeks late, and the European arm of their company is blackmailing for a further $250 to recieve my shipment.I have made many calls and email to this company(none returned).When I finally got intouch with them they were very unhelpful-with a "we cant do anything about this" atitude.Very unprofesssional.You have been warned.
