“The people in the Beverly location are fabulous.I have spoke with both Richard and Alicia and they are patient and courteous and good at explaining the details for someone who has never used a storage unit before. there was a glitch with the reservation made through some central phone number which Richard was able to figure out and correct. He was patient and professional and diligent which was great. Prime moving is lucky to have them both!”

The folks that run the place seem like family, and they are very responsive and accomodating at all times. Thanks to Craig (especially) and his professional/friendly attitude, I really enjoy popping into the facility every once and again to check up on things, etc. He is quick with a smile and will always stop what he is doing in order to help me out with whatever crazy needs I have at the time. It is great to know that I have him and the rest of the staff on my side. It is this excellent attitude and service that will always keep me coming back.
