The older guy with the white hair is a raging jerk. I arrived an hour before close and saw 3 people in line, so I asked if they have time to do an inspection or if I should come back. Guy just replies in a stern tone "have your registration ready". I reply that I left it on the seat, is that OK or do they need me to get it. He angrily repeats himself "HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION READY!!!". I replied I don't know what he means, does he need me to go get it? The second guy must know the first is a grade-A jerk so he steps in and says there are several people in line but leaving it on the seat is OK. I just left and went elsewhere.The rude guy must be the owner or he would have been fired. I notice I am not the only person to have a bad experience with this guy. I am trying to be kind by making sure you have time so I don't overload you at the end of the day on a Friday, and for that I get attitude? No thanks, I will spend my money elsewhere and recommend to everyone else at my work (which is across the street) do the same.

They do their job good. They have to because the state requires it. Everybodys safety needs to have their car inspected for their own safety.

Needed a state inspection sticker. Service was prompt and efficient. The gentleman who waited on me was so nice....gave new meaning to customer service!

OUTSTANDING!! It is the 2nd time we have used Daniel to fix our cars. He is so nice, communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. It is very hard to find a good trustworthy repair shop these days and I am so happy that we have found Daniel. His prices are very very fair as well.Service: Transmission

I would like to share an OUTSTANDING customer service experience. Nowadays people are so quick to complain instead of sharing something positive. Riverside Auto in Ipswich. It is the 2nd time we have used Daniel to fix our cars. He is so nice, communicative, knowledgeable, and honest. It is very hard to find a good trustworthy repair shop these days and I am so happy that we have found Daniel. His prices are very fair as well.

Daniel was able to fix a problem an out of town shop could not not do. He diagnosed and fixed my AC problem faster and for $200+ less than the out of town quote. (The other shop already had my car in there once to try to fix it.) Daniel was incredibly attentive, even in the chaos of the 1st of the month inspection mob. He picked up on a secondary issue that has been plaguing me and prompted me to bring it back in again and he'll take a look. I trust that he will be able to fix it fast at a decent price.

Arrived and only had to wait five minutes for my car to get inspected. Then the inspection lasted five minutes as well. The staff was friendly and polite.No calling in advance or appointment was needed.If you need a car inspection and want it quick, come to this place.Services: Vehicle Inspection
