I saw the sign for "Folk Art" out front and I am so glad I did! Joanne's work is absolutely amazing. Her palette based off of traditional American milk paint is lovely and the paintings she creates are absolutely gorgeous. Also, the entire shop is home to quality, American-made folk art. Definitely would come back!

Olde Ipswich Shop offers a diverse selection of gifts, antiques and original artwork from award winning artist and owner, Johanne Cassia. Her original folk art paintings, prints and artist cards are very popular. Her art features historic, folk art landscapes and villages.. She occasionally offers classes upstairs in her studio. You will find an ever changing array of collectibles, smalls, jewelry, hand hooked items, Pottery, bird carvings and seasonal decor. American made goods are always featured as well. A fun shop with an ever-changing inventory of Art, Homegoods and Gift items.
