As a local this is one of the places to go and usually have good service done. Unfortunately I have had a lack luster experience. My car was there twice in the matter of 1 week and was told I needed a differential. Said they checked the breaks, tires ext. That it was a differential and they couldn't do it.It was a wheel bearing, something easily done and diagnosed. Sadly won't be bringing my vehicles there anymore. Which is unfortunate due to their location and reputation in town.

My car broke down near Martels Garage. I had to leave it on the street in front with no warning and no appointment. I was treated like a long time customer even though I just dropped my car off. Can not thank the crew at Martels Garage enough. Class act!!!

Needed tires on my all wheel drive Explorer. They put 2 different size tires on. Totalled the vehicle by destroying the gears. No excuse for that.Services: Tires

After relocating to Ipswich in 2017, the hunt for a local auto mechanic began. Three years and three auto body shops later, I’m happy to report I’ve finally found one where I had a great first experience. I feel they were honest and didn’t push unneeded services. Very happy to have found an auto body shop that I look forward to returning to in the future.
