M.G.L. c. 94C, § 27 authorizes pharmacies to sell hypodermic syringes and needles to any person, of any age, without a prescription, and without identification.

Management didn't show up to open the pharmacy so no one could pick up their prescriptions. Not the first time this store had issues with the pharmacy being open due to the lack of staff.

CVS is the worst pharmacy. One can never speak with a pharmacist with any questions or concerns. As a Dr. calling a rx and leaving a voice-mail they claim they never received it or choose not to! And the lines....don't even get me started about that... Worst customer service ever!!!
