“Great gym, well equipped weight room with plenty of space. The free weights are a bit dated but it’s got everything you need. Plenty of plates of all sizes, several barbells, benches, and a squat cage. The “crustiness” just adds to the overall vibe, which is a positive one! ?”
“LOVE Aqua Yoga in the hot pool with Leslie on Tues and Thurs eve - gentle but strengthening. Leslie's enthusiasm is supportive and uplifting. (Cold pool laps ahead of time and sauna after make a winning combo!) Grateful to have this local opportunity.”
