They then handled the paperwork very quickly and I was on the road happy with the entire process. “I'll put the short version here if you don't feel like reading the specifics: this is the best car dealership I have ever used.
I came to look at a car they had for sale, as I was unhappy with my recent car purchase (the seats just killed my back, nothing I tried helped.) They were absurdly friendly and accommodating; I never once felt rushed, pressured, or under any sort of obligation.
The test drive went well and I was eager to move forward with the trade-in of my current car for the one I had driven, and the offer they gave after an inspection was significantly more than I was expecting. Unfortunately, as I had only recently bought it and paid off the loan, I didn't have the title yet. A LOT of nonsense followed; I found out my previous car's dealership had lost my title so I would need a new one, massively delaying my trade in. I eventually just bought the car with cash, and instead of having to bring a friend with me to pick it up (the dealership is 2 hours away from my house), they offered to let me drive my current car there and leave it so that I could save myself two trips with another person. They kept the car there until I finally obtained a replacement title, literally a month later, and completed the sale.
Throughout this process, they were unfailingly polite and communicative, and did everything they possibly could to streamline my visits. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I truly, honestly cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.”

“Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!”
“Good cars very fast and quick to fix any issues you may have and very apologenic when had to bring car back to be fixed very good prices got my car for 1,699 with only 89,000 original miles on it can't go wrong for that price at all would recommended Daves to anybody looking for a good reliable vehicle”

“I am from North of Boston and recently called Murad Qazi on the telephone to inquire about a 2021 Range Rover. He was so professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made it so easy to buy the car from him. He took a video of the whole car and texted it to me, from that point forward it was like we were both buying the car together. The customer service was top shelf and price was below market pricing. I flew down and picked up the car with no issues. If you’re buying a luxury car you really need to call Murad first at Select Auto Imports! Enjoy the professionalism!”

Later, I thought there was a problem with the breaks. That was not the case, but something minor and they solved that problem. “I don't know where to start on how Frank and Tina both went above and beyond to help me. Not just with a car but to even plug me in with a veteran who would help fight for more benefits for me through the VA. Any question I had about the car was answered truthfully and transparently. I purchased out of state and traveled to purchase a car which I got a great deal on. I got an appointment at the Connecticut DMV and after I purchased the vehicle they let me keep it at their dealership for 2 weeks and then drove it to the Connecticut DMV as a courtesy for me so I could put plates on it and just drive it home. 100%. I would definitely consider purchasing an additional vehicle and Frank, the owner is the type of person. If you tell him what you're looking for, he might find you what you're looking for at the auction. The mechanic guy is very helpful and nice. He sent me high resolution pictures of anything I wanted to see while I was interested in the car. These folks are extremely honest. A+”
