“Since having trouble walking, I've been utilizing their curbside pickup and it's been great. Courteous and relatively quick service most of the time. Only a couple of times have I had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. I only have one complaint... zero enforcement of the parking spaces set aside specifically for Pharmacy pickup. Dirtbag a******s who park in HP spots without placards or HP plates also take up these spots as well.The lack of enforcement costs them one Star, which is the fault of Walmart in general and not the Pharmacy per se.”

We had been put through the ringer by MassHealth with endless hoops to jump through with prior authorizations and then our doc sending the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy in a time sensitive situation. Joanne walked me through every step and called me when each step had been confirmed and resolved.
