“Picked up my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder today and it looked like a brand new car. This was an insurance claim and they made the entire process so easy. My rental was there when I arrived and I was not even charged the full deductible.
Everyone at the shop was helpful and extremely nice but the most important part is that my car was done when they said it would be and they let me know what was going on throughout the process. Cannot say enough of how happy I am with how everything turned out. Would recommend to anyone that needs body work on their car. “Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!”

“When they first opened there was no wait you would get a window sticker. Not soon after that sticker was gone now they do it by plate which sucks if you are the only one there you have to wait for someone to come over”
