053-Silvestre B came and rescued me brilliantly when my transmission died. I live on an incredibly narrow Somerville Street, and he managed to push my car out of the driveway and get it onto his truck with absolutely no fuss, and in under five minutes. I was expecting the experience of getting the car onto the tow truck to be horrible, and it was so easy. I can't thank him enough

This company was dispatched from my road assistance call. They were there promptly. The driver was veryefficient and did a great job loading the car.They towed my car 45 miles to where I asked instead of the nearest dealer. Worst most unsafe service ever. No idea why AAA subcontracts to this company. Same dude shows up high/drunk for every call and is rude, belligerent, unhelpful, and unsafe.

The driver of the flat bed is probably the worst towing guy I ever met. After my Chevy Volt's battery was jumped by another tow company, but they couldn't get it to charge, they told me I had to call a different tow company to have it towed. Silva Furtado quickly showed up in a shiny tow truck, charged the battery and I was able to drive it home. Nothing was wrong except the battery was dead and needed a good charge. Thank you Silva Furtado Towing! They were also willing to tow my truck from Fenway Park to Fitchburg if necessary. No one else even wanted to come close to Fenway Park after a baseball game and driving to Fitchburg from Boston? No one else would step up to the plate. HOME RUN for Silva Furtado Towing. Thank you so much. 5 stars aren't enough to say how grateful I am for your excellent service.

Silva extracted my (dead, with the brakes seized up) car, from inside my garage, on Labor Day, within an hour of my calling AAA. The clearance on either side of the car as it exited the garage (at the end of a turny driveway), was less than an inch. Silva threaded the needle, needing to set the car down at times to reposition and make the narrow turns. Skilled professionals.

replaced a battery for me, but my car stopped working three weeks later. this company would not assist and it turned out the battery wasn't installed properly due to some dirt on the cable. won't use again

Unreliable. They cancelled on my daughter without any notification. She waited past when they promised to appear, and finally called them to find out what was taking so long. She was told "no, we cancelled" without any explanation or apology.

Waited for a tow, and the driver was 2.5 hours late. Then called the phone number provided and had to call 8 times for some idiot to answer the phone. Who proceeded to mock me, and was unwilling to give out the drivers cell phone number whom I was waiting on. Never use this company, they are all rude and idiotic.
