The worse customer service I ever received. The lack of respect over the phone it will be the last place my car or any of my friends, family member cars will ever be tow into the that facility .The gentleman who answered the phone on Sunday October 27 was rude and had no patient on explaining the process to us.Service: Car towing

The lot is packed tight with cars on a very dirty dusty lot. My car got damaged while sitting on the lot, and they refused to take responsibility for it, and they he made it sound like it was my fault for leaving it on the lot for 2 days. Then he said “it was just dust” but when he wiped the streaks of dust off, of course there were giant deep scrapes in the paint revealed and a damaged headlight. He then claimed “it must have been like that when he picked it up” but it most definitely was not. He had no pictures to prove that it was damaged when they picked it up. You’d think if the vehicle had obvious damage, that they’d take a photo before towing. But no, they just said it was there when the picked it up. ?Service: Special vehicle towing

They wanted. Me to sell my truck to them b/c a 18 wheeler. Hit. Me. Guy wanted to be rude when I called to ask about coming to get my property out of the car that I assumed was totaled when I got there to get my stuff I decided I was going to be selling my truck and you can send my mechanic to get fixed I brought in my tablets and now I'm able to drive me out of my truck on top of being rude and acting like I was the cause of 18-wheeler hitting me and I need to pay is the warehouse on Staten Island the toll fee for it's sitting there all week even though I wasn't able to make it there because I don't have a car just beware the guy will act like it's your fault and being rude

When I contacted the agency I was SHOCKED and DISGUSTED with the RUDENESS of the owner HE WAS NASTY IN TONE VERY DEFENSIVE as if I had NO RIGHT to inquire about my car and was very angry like I was wrong ! He made me do more then asked even tho it WAS NOT REQUIRED according to BPD!!

These people are money hungry and will charge you up if your a woman straight savages. Its as if you dont require any qualifications to work there. The owner Dominic has anger issues, hangs up on several clients and if you call again his fellow worker will inform you that he indeed is more savage than his boss and is getting paid regardless. These guys are awful and its sad I can only imagine how many women they take advantage of in Hyde Park Massachusetts. ( BTW I had to press the star in order to inform you guys on this. They deserve nothing )

I was driving in Hyde Park Avenue when one of his employees not only swore at me but threw coffee on my vehicle. When I contacted the owner, he became frustrated and defensive. Speaks volumes of him!
