Took coats to be cleaned, lint was left all over, went back and they charged me again. Instead of an apology and just doing the job correctly the first time.
Was charged twice for same coat.

Not only are they great cleaners but they are incredibly kind. We brought my grandfather's tie here for a quick cleaning before his funeral. Not only did they turn it around same day, they did it at no cost. The act of kindness during that time was touching.

Excellent service! I have been going to Kenney's for over 10 years and they have on many occasions gone above and beyond. George, his wife, and team is the only place we take our clothes. His mom who is the store's seamstress expertly took in a fancy velour gala jacket I have had for years. Amazing work. This is a great family business and I'm so happy they are here in Hyde Park.
