I would leave zero stars if I could, as the one is not deserved. Never have I ever had an experience as such patronizing a business. The owner didn't greet me, ask me if I needed any help or acknowledge me in any way. On my way out, I inquired about the business hours as there were none posted. Her first response I did not hear, but did not sound like business hours, so I asked again and was told she had no hours. I wasn't sure if she was serious or joking, so I jokingly asked "you have no hours" ? At that point she seemed irritated and replied that she makes her own hours, she comes in and leaves when she wants, and it didn't matter because I didn't buy anything anyway. I was flabbergasted ! Needless to say I won't go back.

Baddest experience ever! Bad not POOR customer service. The owner has a horrible attitude and doesn’t greet you and OVERPRICED products. Never again, I’ll rather go all the way to Mattapan. She doesn’t deserve one star but ZERO.

Very convenient place to get what you need at a discounted price especially hair products. Owner is very friendly and keep the place neat and clean.Sn: be sure to park in the back or you’ll get a tix in 2 seconds haha
