In my experience the business is horrible. This is the second time I came and it's randomly closed. The owner need to get it together in my opinion.

I did not receive customer service today. I was told to track my package myself and that the person behind the counter was too busy to help me and would not bother himself with my inquiry.Additionally, I was told that my package was not delivered by the person behind the counter, but when I demonstrated that he was the person who signed for it, that was when he began to look for it. He also handed me a package that had a name that was similar to mine, but was not my name.Additionally, even though he signed for my package, he could not find it, as the packages were disorganized, so I never received my items.

Use at your own risk. The lack of professionalism is mind numbing. Random closings without notice, ineffective communication, etc.

Terrible customer service as the front desk people are very rude and condescending. A simple question about services offered led to an unnecessary lecture about business practices. Answer my question with a yes or no and a smile, take my package, process it, and let me be on my way. Also the place smells horrible. Would not recommend.

I stopped by at 10:00 on Saturday. Doors were locked. Sign in the window said the place opened at 9:00.... I needed to get an express letter out....no luck

It is what it is. A very small facility (if you can even call it that) that is run by one old man. I only use it because I live down the street from out.Edit: it is 10 A.M. on a Saturday and it’s still not open. Lesson learned: never come to drop off your packages until way later in the day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service, especially if you're not familiar. Very slow. They're always on their personal phones They NEVER open on time. Online and on the front door says they open at 10am EST & I waited out there until almost 10:30 and nothing. & this was not the first time As you see from the pic. I was outside at 10:06 and guess what? Looks good and deserted, very inconvenient! If they hired quality workers at this location could be very resourceful

I live up the street and do a lot of UPS GROUND SERVICE with BIGGER packages with this business since the USPS now charges CRAZY prices for the "balloon rate" (the size of your box when mailing). As long as you get here and mail your UPS package before UPS picks it up around 5 pm (Monday to Friday) it's usually in the Norwood UPS facility and on it's way to its destination. The owner here is nice and people get moody because sometimes there is a line to send and receive money. Well, it's local and the business here DOES THEIR JOB!!!! Don't be surprised if you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes sometimes, but the place makes sure UPS gets my packages and they always get delivered.
