I came by for assistance this morning for a low tire pressure on my car. The customer service was poor. I was asking for help and all they guys were ignoring me. I then walked into the side where the gas’s attendant sat he suggested that I walk back over to the technicians.
Once I realized all the workers were not fluent in English i took notice and found the owner. As I was explaining my problem he literally just waved at me (as if to shoo me away) and pointed at the air pump to the side. I was trying to inform him that I need my psi balanced on all my tires along with an inspection sticker.
I didn’t like how I was being treated. The lack of communication and acknowledgment was poor!
I don’t see myself coming back here!

On 7/30 I brought my car to this shop because my brakes were not working properly and my car was making a burning smell. I picked it up the next day and paid $375 for replaced rear brakes and rotors and greased calipers. I only drive this car about 1x a week and it took 3 weeks for me to notice that my brakes were still not working properly. I would press the brake and my foot would go to the floor and it seemed as though the car wasn’t going to stop. This is the same issue, I had the first time I came in. I returned to the shop on 8/29 and they gave me a quote of $350 - $450 to replace the master cylinder. When I asked them to clarify why they didn’t notice this the first time I brought the car in, the mechanic became very defensive and rude. He told me that my brakes were messed up and that the work they did was a “start”. I would not recommend bringing your car to this place because not only did they not fix my issue but they think incomplete service is acceptable.

As a female driver without much knowledge of cars, it's hard for me to trust a mechanic and not feel like I'm getting played . I went to John, and he was the best. He explained costs and what needed to be done and always made sure to ask what I wanted to do . Never felt pressured. Prices were good and the service was fast . So happy to be driving my car again . Highly recommend this place . If future car work is needed, I will definitely be back .

Tire pressure machine works for a very short time and then cuts off. When I asked the owner, he said I’m smart, you have to put in another dollar?????

These guys are dangerous, could leave your car damaged.For example:After oil change never put the cap on, that resulted oil all over the engine compartment, plus weird knocking sounds and bunch of warning lights.After alternator replacement never changed the serpentine belt, even I requested it, that resulted serpentine belt failure a month later.Now the car doesn’t run properly, some other warning lights came up.I’m nearly positive that I was charged for rear bearing replacement which was never replaced. Only BS stories, that my tires a bad and that’s what’s caused the humming noise.

My mom asked a mechanic a question and he said she should just leave because that's a stupid question. If I could I would give it 0 out of 5 stars but unfortunately 1 Is the lowest I can go.
