This place is an absolute scam. They came to my house to do an inspection and give me an estimate estimate to put a stainless steel liner in chimney was 6700 and said they had to take out clay liner and kept stating fake codes. I paid for the inspection and they said they would email me a full report and I had to call a few times to get a hold of someone who them emailed me a blank report. Paid 100$ for a blank piece of paper. Do t let these people into your home, I’m not even sure it’s a real company.

This was the first time I used safe chimney and they were terrific. They cleaned my chimney andserviced my wood burning stove The technician Matt was very patient and explained everything I would highly recommend them and will be using this company inthe future!

This was our first time using superior chimney service. From start to finish they were very professional and courteous. Two technicians they came out we're awesome. Thank You Nick. They were very thorough and showed us pictures of the dryer vent before and after. They made sure that everything was safe we signed up for maintenance for next year.

They were very helpful and found only maintenance issues. I had it checked because it smelled like something died up there. He was really helpful in explaining everything and also discussing areas not in his control that I might need to have checked. I have to get some money together which is not a lot but I couldn't commit today. No pressure what so ever. Nice to deal with someone that doesn't just have sales in mind. Thanks!

After signing up with three different companies for a chimney clean and confirming appointments this is the only company that punctually came for their appointment. The other companies totally just flaked. The service person was very nice and answered all questions. They did a thorough and professional job. I felt like we could trust them to work on our house and that they didn't just try and upsell his things.

Adam is fantastic! He's been cleaning our chimney for a few years now and his service is exceptional. He looks after loyal customers, he reminds you in a gentle was when the time has come for the annual inspection, not pushy, just super helpful! I even rang to ask advice on our fire this week and he appeared on the doorstep super quickly. Way above and beyond and hugely appreciated. We will only use Adam and have many happy years ahead as a customer! Thanks Adam.

We met Will around 4 years ago and so glad we did!After using”probably” every sweep company in York and being let down either not turning up or being very late the leaving us with a fine layer of soot in the room we thought this is just the norm.Then we used The Chimney Pros and wow it’s night and day different!Outstanding service from a true specialist in his trade. Will was brilliant throughout from ordering our stove, dropping our liner and installing everything. He truly loves his work and won't put his name to something he doesn't feel is absolutely right for the customer.Look forward to him being our sweep for years to come.

We recently had our chimney swept and dryer vent cleaned out by The Chimney Pros. Our technician was Brooks Brown. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly.He advised on our options as we needed some work on our chimney to prevent damage. He also replaced our gas started pipe in the fire box quickly. We will be using The Chimney Pros again!

Lance and his team were amazing. He was able to educate my wife and I on the various options for a new stacked stone fireplace. His team was professional, respectful of our time and our home. We could not be happier with the results and will absolutely use The Chimney Pros in the future.

Aaron was prompt, professional and personable. He knew what to do to get the dead bird out of my chimney, fix the cap so no more birds would be injured or die and he inspected and fixed all chimneys and swept out the fireplace. Wish all service companies and service people were like them
