Truly the best, the staff is very professional and the work is outstanding. Stan was very helpful. I had to have my body work done on my car due to an accident. I would recommend Bay State Auto Body to everyone. Great experience and awesome customer service!

Here’s my story. My wife was in a five car accident she being the last vech being hit in 8/23/24,the vech I got her was only 4months old with only11k miles,the vehicles were all towed by the same company,the owner of the tow lot recommended a body shop,I did my research and I was satisfied with the results. Today 12/31/24 I finally got the vech back Bay state auto body it’s owner,and staffing did a fantastic job putting it back together and matching the paint. It was a difficult process cause parts weren’t available or they were on back order,the owner and its staffing did an amazing job keeping me updated on the process. I do not blame the body shop for the lengthy process I blame the manufacturer for making the parts unavailable and I also blame the insurance for not totaling out the vech knowing that parts were not available. I will most definitely continue my business with Bay state auto body in Stoughton mass and I will most definitely highly recommend this body shop for any work. In life we can not blame people who work hard to get things done,if the situation is out of there control and they can’t get something,you shouldn’t blame them. Put yourself in there shoes dealing with companies that tell you they have the part and they send the wrong one or they tell you it’s on back order with no date in site of when it’s gonna be available. This shop did not Mickey Mouse nor take short cuts to make a quick buck. Yury and its staffing please continue doing the amazing job you do every day and thank you again,my wife is very happy she got her baby back. MDeJesus from Taunton mass.

Terrible service, they were supposed to install a new door, and for three days they lied, claiming it was a new door. Then they said they allegedly installed a used one, but in the end, it turned out they just partially fixed my old door, which still has a dent. The lower molding that was supposed to be replaced was simply not replaced. Be careful when you take your car to this service; I do not recommend it at all.

Yuri is one of the best. Got into a car accident with my truck and ended up having some major issues with the frame. Yuri and Sven have been working their tails off for me to get it done. I don’t have my car yet but I know that they are going to ensure my car is perfect before I get it back

very good experience with them, repair the damage and make my car looks like a new car! the process is long but that is understandable since it’s a new model and have to waiting for the parts. I appreciate they offer pick up and drop off, make my life easier. their communication with insurance company is very smooth, nothing I need to worry about. overall, very recommend 👍

Folks, Nobody wants to be in an accident. But if you have recently been in one, I absolutely would not hesitate recommending having your car sent here. Yuri and his team really took care of my car, handled all of the paperrwork with my insurance, and returned my car in as good (if not better) shape as it was prior to the accident. The shop is clean, organized, and friendly. The team at Bay State kept me in the loop through the whole process and I was never in limbo as to what was going on. All in all, I was never stressed out about my accident, and this shop had a lot to do with that.Thanks Yuri and the Bay State Team!

I recently had my car repaired at Bay Sate Auto Body. They were outstanding from the start. Very professional every step of the way. They were very detail oriented when accessing the damage to my car, making sure that everything was properly restored to pre accident condition. They updated the progression every step of the way. Bottom line, my car looked brand new when I picked it up, and never would think that It was ever in an accident. Avoid at all costs! Took my vehicle in for front end damage( Deer strike). Was told 3 weeks for parts and insurance approval, well 3 weeks came and went . Repeated phone calls, left messages, it took me to call my insurance company before they finally reached back to me. At week 6 they told me it was done, when i picked it up i paid my deductible and asked for a parts lists of what was done and if OEM parts were installed, was told they would email me parts lists ( never received) again left messages no response. Later that evening while driving my vehicle to work my drivers side Headlight that was supposedly fixed was shining 10 to 15 feet in the air! Took it to my mechanic the next day he adjusted the headlights per specs. My mechanic also noticed that the drivers side wheel well inside plastic cover was missing! Had to order that from Toyota. At this point everyone said to bring it back to them but the work was so poor that i dont trust them to work on my vehicle. Avoid at all costs.
