Arrow Auto body is the best around!! Peter and Joe had made my experience beyond exceptional and not stressful at all. They explained in detail every thing that they had to do to my car and the whole process . Both are top notch and I would bring my car there for any auto body needs. They were a joy to work with. The team at Arrow was incredibly helpful following a fender bender I was in. They worked with my insurance company and communicated well throughout the repair process. They answered all of my questions (I had many!). Can't recommend them enough. Thanks for the great work, team!

I highly suggest coming to Arrow Auto Body for your Auto body needs.As my door was being opened, it was hit by a driver coming around the corner. The metal was badly torn and I couldn't even open or close the door.I had a rental through insurance, and my vehicle repairs were delayed as Arrow was waiting on parts from Honda. The work went a couple days past my rental return date.Peter assured me I wouldn't be charged for the extra days (they actually covered it for me since it was their delay).They were very responsive when I called for updates, which made it less stressful.He called me saying the work was done, paint was completed and he just had to look it over. He did call me again, stating he wasn't completely happy with the paint job and asked for one more day to make it perfect.The door looks good as new, opens/closes fine and you cannot even tell there was previous damage.Thank you Peter and your crew for all the hard work!

I brought my 2011 Nissan Murano to Pete and Arrow Auto Body three times now.. They always done a good job. Great customer service. I had a rental car for over a month, my insurance stopped paying after the 30 day, and Arrow has helped me with the extra days. I will highly recommend Arrow. I have been going to Pete at Arrow Body for sometime now. My Mazda was a victim or a hit and run with some damage done to the Drivers Front Fender and panel. The insurance company sent me a check after the deductible and when I talked to Pete he told me not to worry as the appraiser would be out again and he would fix everything. Pete and Joe were great setting up the rental car and fixing my Mazda. Considering all the supply issues I was amazed at the turn around time for the repair work. Great Job and I will be using them again hopefully not for a while though.

I took my 2017 Lexus to this body worked shop and it was there for a month because of parts delay due to the Pandemic. The car was taken in because of a rear collision. Every night ? the Lexus app will alert me that my doors was opened and the car was in a different location so I called the shop and they told me that the car is always there . When I came to pick up my vehicles I notice a hole in my front bumper I spoke to the owner about it who got highly offended and after me threatening to go to the police he decided to fix it . When I came back my mind told me to do a check on my vehicle before I go and notice through the grill a large gush out in what I thought was my radiator but later found out was my condenser .. In spite these guy damage my condenser because he had to repair the bumper . I bought it to his attention and he stood there saying nothing . My words to him is that I will be praying for the hand . I took my car to the Dealers and they told me that it was done deliberately. New brand condenser with no hole but one big gash in it .

They did a great job fixing up my Hyundai after an accident. They were flexible with timing and accommodating to my other requests on top of the accident repairs. The guys in the front office were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Highly Recommend this shop!

I took my car to Arrow to be painted after it was badly scratched and never regretted the decision. They are experienced with all of the major insurance companies and their appraisers, so they get results quickly.
