Horrible experience , especially with the woman dispatcher who continued to give attitude, lied multiple times and cancelled the towing requests that was put in. It took me over 5 hours just to get my car towed.

Mixed feelings. Company policy is you have to sign the insurance release form in person. No text, no email, no fax. Inconvenient. Big 1980s vibes. Join us in the 21st century brother, it's not so bad! When I came over, though, Shawn was great, super friendly and helpful, took good care of me. The guy driving the tow truck after my accident, not so much, pretty rough and rude. So, in summary, it's a tow yard.

Horrible ! The alternator on my car died and wasn’t drivable and needed to be towed I contacted AAA. 1.5 hrs later First driver Bruce T came w a flatbed which I did request. Before he got here he called and told me his truck wouldn’t fit up the ramp at Herb chamber Toyota.Ive had my car towed there many times and by this same Co.twice He then said he could take the car but if the truck didn’t fit , Id have to get another tow truck which would cost me. Ridiculous. I decided to call AAA and book another tow truck Second driver Kenneth T from the same Co. Came w a regular tow truck.After explaining he needed to drop the car at the service department inside up the ramp, he left the car on the Street at dealership after knowing it wasn’t drivable. I had to call AAA a third time to get it towed again. Worst experience.

Just want to thank Jackson Barros,, for his exceptional service today. Waited on AAA over 7hrs yesterday. Called Akiki towing today and they were there in 20 min. Jackson was very professional and I will choose them for any future towing needs. Kudos Jackson

Your tow driver doing 90mph on Rte 24S cutting off people in the high speed lane towing a car (wheel lifting a car at that)…. When that car hits a bump and flies off you’ll be in a lot of trouble.

Mark M. is a guardian angel! He showed up in less time than predicted and was pleasant and helpful from the get go. He had the issue resolved and made me free safe and comfortable and got me on my way in no time! Highly recommend!!! Cannot say enough about the service. Went from panicking to all good in less time than I could have predicted.

Mark M. Came through and saved the day. Came quick and was professional and polite from the time he called me till the moment he pulled away. Little trip down memory lane. About 20 yrs ago. I had a flat tire on christmas day. I saw a guy out front of akikis. He was just there. Not working. I asked for some help to break off a lock nut and he told me no. Ive held a grudge since. But dealing with mark tonight has changed my mind about this company. The world could use more marks. Thats all. Thanks mark. Youre the man. Happy holidays

Mark M. From Akiki towing is hands down the best response I’ve ever had in an unfortunate situation with car trouble. I had a flat tire and another company failed to send assistance or update that no help was on the way and I was stranded for hours. When a tow finally came with the assistance of local law enforcement, they said the tire couldn’t be fixed tonight. I tried one more time and thankful Akiki and Mark M. were working. Mark M. Response time was quick and his customer service was beyond satisfactory, especially at 4am. Mark M. did what another company failed to do and couldn’t have been more compassionate and understanding. Turned my whole morning around. Thank you Mark. Saved the day my friend.Service: Tire change

Mark M. Saved me tonight!!! I ran out of gas, and there were not any gas stations open nearby. Rather than bring me a small amount of gas in a can, he suggested that he tow me to a nearby gas station to get gas. That hadn’t even occurred to me, but it worked out much better and didn’t cost me any extra. Would definitely recommend!Service: Car towing

I just want to say technician 276-Harry D was the best!!!! My car broke down but prior to that the motor to my window went out and my window was rolled all the way down and wouldn’t go back up. It was pouring out and I was just having the worst day. Harry came and made me feel so much better although he was only supposed to just tow my car, he had helped me put a bag over my window and tapped it. He really went above and beyond. We need more ppl like Harry D!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I’ve been waiting for hours in a hot car in Hyde Park. I guess the updates stop coming when the ETA passes. Only waiting for about five more minutes before I call for a private tow. Adding an edit. It’s been a week. I had a telephone conversation with a customer service agent who said they needed to review the situation with the towing manager. I was under the impression that I would be getting a call back. Crickets.
