Outside sales rep has the worst customer service I have experienced in 14 years in the automotive industry. Orders in correct parts, bad mouths his competition, and gets defensive when you bring up a quality issue with one of their products. As a sales rep your duty is to the commercial customer. If I ever treated one of my automotive customers with the disrespect we have received I would be out of business.
