I came up from Texas to close out a deceased relative’s account and Devin (sorry if I misspelled your name) was completely awesome. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews; both staff members on duty were pleasant and understanding; made me wish I had Xfinity back home (I have to use Spectrum, because of their regional monopoly in south Texas, and they really suck).

First person we saw was very nice but the female representative was very condescending and rude with us. We waited patiently for a long time to talk to someone and we finally got to speak to the woman agent and she treated us with a condescending and disrespectful manner . No sooner did we tell her that we were looking to trade a new phone , she said we’re re not eligible and that it is only for new customers. The impression we had was that she had no time for us and she began to dismiss us. So she then called the next customer in line and started helping them as I was speaking to her about my other issue . I asked her to help us first as we’ve been waiting online for a long time . She said she can multitask and stared at me and "locked her eyes into mine " and would not blink them as if in defiance. I was shocked. I then said ok you can skip us and help him.
I would not recommend this store.

Worst customer service. The woman there kept looking at her phone while doing very little to help me.

Staff is so extremely rude manager even worse. No empathy for people that lost love ones and trying to help with the estate. Associate was too busy texting and being on Snapchat than to do her job. Every step she did she had to ask someone. She was not to be bothered with me and just more about how she looked. Absolutely the worse service I have ever got. Then told me not to comeback when I told them the 800 number told me to go into a store. Looking at other reviews I cannot believe Xfinity still employs these people.

Went in for one simple thing and waited over an hour before just leaving. Workers could not be bothered by the line forming and extremely rude when asked a simple question. Xfinity service over all has been a nightmare since getting it, very happy to have to never deal with them again or walk into that miserable store with this miserable employees

WORST internet provider on the planet. I pay over $365 month and I have wi fi and cable issues every month. They have been to our house over 50x I the past 3 years.

My service today was excellent. I went in to exchange my cable box for a new one and was also informed my modem was due for a free upgrade. He gave everything I needed and said I could return the equipment I didn't plan on in anytime. Very pleasant and courteous.

This is not a Comcast owned store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, they do not carry all the components that, I assume, are available at a Comcast owned store.
Here is why I gave only 3 stars:
1.
After working with a Comcast representative, via telephone, my TV box was diagnosed as defective. I was instructed to go my closest Comcast store (Cape Cod Mall, Hyannis, MA) to exchange my defective TV box & remote for a good one.
I travelled to the store, returned the defective box and remote and was given another of the same model box and a new model remote. I installed this box in my home and used it for a couple of weeks, but it turned out to also be defective, and I had to go through another lengthy diagnostic to determine it was also defective. So I was required that I drive to the store again to exchange the box.
2.
When the second box was determined defective, I told the representative that I did not like their new remote (XR15) and wanted to go back to the previous remote model (XR11).
The representative checked the store's stock and informed me that there were many XR11 remotes in stock at the store. That was incorrect. The store did not have any XR11 remotes, and the sealed Box/Remote package contained another XR15 remote. I was told to call Comcast and they would ship me one.
3.
At home, I called Comcast and chatted, via text, with a representative who told me that I would be sent one, but there would be a $5.95 shipping charge. I complained about being charged and was told that I could instead go to the store and be given one at no charge. I explained that the store's inventory may show the remote is in stock, but they do not have any. The rep told me that he would send a 'note' to someone in house to investigate the store's stock, and I would be contacted in about 1 hour. It has been over a day, and I have had no such contact!
Poor customer service, poor inventory tracking system and poor internal communications. For these reasons, Comcast gets only 3 stars!

worst possible costumer service, worst than worse, they tried to make me pay for stuff i didn’t use at all, i canceled service before they shipped the equipment, they still sent it after i clearly told them not to, then they wanted me to go and give ut ti the store, i took that and upon arriving the staff couldn’t take it, then they sent me to fedex, fedex wanted a return label or cash, i wouldn’t pay for something i don’t want and didn’t use, i came back to the store and they said i had to go to yet another store?!! they clearly didn’t know what they were doing or talking about,
not to mention i had to wait 30 min before someone could help, incompetent staff, stay away!!

Store offers a $500 credit for your trade in, the employees told us their computers were down for trade ins and told us to call the 800 number for a trade in. They lied and now we are told that if it isn’t processed at the time of the upgrade, you no longer qualify. Definitely deceptive trade practices. Won’t renew with Xfinity.
